The non-profit (non-commercial) legal entity - Association of Biomedical Research Development was established and officially registered in 2016. Its founders are the Director of the Scientific Research-Skills Center of Tbilisi State Medical University, Head of the Clinical Pharmacology Department, Professor Luiza Gabunia and Deputy Head of the Public Relations Service at Tbilisi State Medical University, Assistant Professor at Department of Public Health Management, Policy and Economics Lia Gumbaridze.
